Logistics system ensures a stable supply
If the transportation of automobile parts stops, the automobile production line will be also suspended.
For this reason, Logicom has implemented a logistics system that can provide a stable supply of auto parts preparing all events. -
Various activities to achieve just-in-time
With more than 700 business partners, we have realized supply management for a large number of customers through centralized management and consolidated transportation, in response to cost reduction measures that each company has its own limits.
The network that supports just-in-time from shipping to final delivery is highly evaluated in the automobile industry. In addition, we will pick up the product at the request of the customer and propose a Door to Door (from eaves to eaves) route or Line to Line (from eaves to line side) route that suits the lead time and cost.
Inventory control
We provide system integration for logistics and information management, both domestically and internationally. The information logistics system supports the future strategies of our customers by linking warehousing, inventory, transportation, order management, real-time data provision for demand forecasting, production planning, and coordination.
Milk-run
A single vehicle can make rounds to multiple customers for pickup. This improves loading efficiency and reduces logistics costs compared to bringing products to the depot individually. For the Auto mobile manufucturer, the reduction in the number of delivery vehicles will also lead to significant rationalization.
Sequential delivery
This is a method of producing and delivering parts in the order in which they are produced on the production line. Mainly, the lead time can be shortened, and high quality products are delivered according to the customer's order. At Logicom, our warehouses are located near the factory of the automobile manufacturer and utilize the information received from each automobile manufacturer to handle delivery.

Customize and traceable WMS
Traceability is managed using a handy terminal from receiving, repacking, storage to shipping. If there is a problem with the product, it can be searched by the production lot number.
